Bill Austin and Mikko Biffle have been playing together, beginning at a blues jam in 1969 and this release celebrates their deep kinship formed over many decades.

Isolated guitar duos, muting the other 3 players, puts these two guitarists under the microscope, reaping rewards, mysteries and odd revealings, with the resulting sounds sometimes very far from what the full 5-player ensemble mixes sound like.
