The river flows
Fast water descends
No one escapes
The river’s bends
Flowing fast around us
Making no amends
Pulls us onward
Ever farther
Into the deep end
I set aside my fears
Waited for my next command
From the great master on high
Right here at Keswick Dam

Concrete and steel
Is now blocking my way
One last look at bygone glories
Sweet scenes from yesterday
Wish this was just a crazy dream
But now it’s my time to pay
For every single weakness
For every time that I strayed
I wiped away my tears
Then I took my true love’s hand
We put our trust in lady luck
Right here at Keswick Dam

Red blood spilling over
Endless pouring rain
Stops all of the torment
Removes all of my pain
Carried off in an instant
I was circling the drain
No more hollow excuses
No more sad refrains
Waiting for a vision, or a sign
A cruel hush spread across the land
Fate was in our father’s hands
Right here at Keswick Dam

Riding high on her wings
The white morning dove
